I help women, just like you, break free from their limiting beliefs and step into who they were created to be.

I’ll help you uplevel your career, get unstuck, and unlock your potential through the power of positivity.

What I wish I’d heard years ago as a woman in leadership.

You’re not stuck. You’re just believing a story that isn’t true.

I know, because I’ve been there.

I’ve been exactly where you are.

I spent 25 years in banking, became a bank president at 33, and looked like I had it all figured out. But I was carrying limiting beliefs I didn’t even know I had — about my worth, my identity, and what I was allowed to want.

A pivotal moment forced me to reframe everything. And when I did, everything changed. That’s why I do what I do now — I help women name the beliefs holding them back so they can finally move forward.

As women in leadership, these are some of the lies we often tell ourselves.

  • Gratitude is beautiful. But it was never meant to be a ceiling. You can be grateful AND want more.

  • You're a woman who was created to grow. Wanting more isn't selfish - it's honest.

  • Hard work matters. But no amount of hustle can outrun a belief that says you're not enough already.

  • That's not intuition talking. That's a limiting belief doing what it does best — keeping you small.

  • You're not too much. You've just been in rooms that were too small.

Those aren’t facts.

They’re limiting beliefs.

And, they can change!

If you can change your thoughts, you can change your life.

If you can change your thoughts, you can change your life.

What Women are Saying

  • "Becky Fields Wilson was an incredible keynote for our Elevate Women event. What stood out most was how authentic and relatable she was—she has a way of telling real stories that make people feel seen while still leaving them inspired and motivated. Our audience was fully engaged from the start, and the response afterward said it all. I heard so many women say, “That was exactly what I needed,” and several asked how they could hear Becky speak again or bring her into their own organizations. My hope was that attendees would walk away feeling empowered, confident, and ready to take their next step—and Becky absolutely delivered. I would 100% recommend her to other event planners looking for a speaker who truly connects and makes an impact."

Krystal Crockett, Bixby Chamber of Commerce, Executive Director

  • “Launch Rural OK was honored to have Becky as our keynote speaker for our Northeast Oklahoma Small Business Resource Conference. Becky was communicative and timely in preparation, spot-on with messaging during the event, and thoughtful in follow-up. She set the tone for our event. We hope to work with Becky again in the future.”
